“Gazania at Ooty” is TRI’s flagship project in real estate development and hospitality segment in Ooty. Conceived by Designer PM Subair (MSc.ID) and Architect Rasina AK (M.Arch) in 2019, “Gazania at Ooty” is developing on an inspiration to offer premium vacation stay with unique hospitality and leisure experience designed to create “the perfect blend of privacy, harmony, rejuvenation and culture”. The proposed facility is under development in 25 cents of the 1.25 acres of land strategically located in the Kanakambai area of the Kagguchi panchayat of Ooty, surrounded by vast lands of adjacent farms presenting an unparallel experience of privacy and serenity for guests.
